Working With Eller
We founded IMC in 2011 by acquiring the assets of World Market Centers Las Vegas and 16 properties in High Point, NC – the core of the High Point Furniture Market. Randy was engaged as our Chief Integration Officer for this complicated merger and integration of four distinctly different companies and cultures. He oversaw the successful implementation of all activities and systems, coordinated with our implementation partner Bain & Co.
